A large red brick detached house circa 1920, set in it’s own grounds. It is in a private road in a quiet location that is in the St Peters area of Seaford. It is half a mile from the sea front and approximately three quarters of a mile to the town center. Nearby amenities include an off licence, hairdresser and a newsagents. A local bus stops at the top of St Peters Road, although transport can be arranged to go further if needed. The focal points of our care home are two spacious and comfortable lounges, these are set out with small separate areas to allow for privacy and recreation. There is a conservatory, two dining areas and seventeen bedrooms. The home is tastefully furnished with leather chairs and sofas. Most of the other furniture is reproduction. A music center and a large TV are available for residents use. Clients who wish, may furnish their own bedroom with their own furniture this would be encouraged. All bathrooms and toilets are fitted with grab rails.

Situated approximately half a mile from Seaford town center and a quarter of a mile from the seafront and promenade. The home occupies an interesting position at the centre of a mature residential area busy with community life. Scenic views across Seaford Bay and Seaford Head Golf Course can be enjoyed from the upper floors. The home offers quality accommodation for residents and comprises 10 single rooms and 3 double rooms. There is a large lounge with a separate dining area. A stair lift has been installed to assist residents going to the first floor.
The bedrooms are all spacious and all but one has en-suite facilities and are individually designed and decorated. All bathrooms have been upgraded to meet the service user’s needs. Each room has fully fitted carpets and independently controlled heating and a choice of subdued lighting. All rooms are connected to a 24-hour call system. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal effects.
